Died July 16, 2011 Serving During Operation Enduring Freedom
25, of Oldsmar, Fla.; assigned to 2nd Battalion, 38th Cavalry Regiment, 504th Battlefield Surveillance Brigade, Fort Hood, Texas; died July 16 in Kasay Kalay, Afghanistan, of wounds sustained in Khost province when an improvised explosive device caused a military vehicle rollover.

    Thank you Kat for creating this post for a very special son, who has transitioned to HIGHER GROUND. He is dearly missed here. Matter of fact, one of the Soldiers who served at FOB Spin Boldac, Afghanistan with Frank will be receiving the 4th highest military award for bravery….congrats Adam davilia at Ft Hood, TX.
